The transaction is started and e Safe Trade® uploads the Purchase Invoice and Purchase Agreement to Buyer's e Safe Trade Account.
2. Buyer submits payment to e Safe Trade!
The Buyer submits payment by approved payment method to our secure Escrow Account,
e Safe Trade® verifies the payment, the Seller is notified that funds have been secured 'In Escrow*'.
*e Safe Trade® will release the money to the Seller only if the Buyer notifies PaySafe® to do so.
3. Seller ships merchandise to Buyer
Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship merchandise and submit tracking information. The Buyer must pay the shipping fees unless shipping is free. if the merchandise is rejected, the Seller is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Buyer receives the merchandise :
e Safe Trade® tracks the shipped merchandise and verifies it was delivered: The inspection period will not begin until the Buyer has confirmed delivery of the merchandise. The Buyer has a set number of days for an inspection and the option to accept or reject the merchandise.
5. Buyer Accepts/Rejects the merchandise: e Safe Trade® will contact the Buyer when the Inspection Period ends.
If the Buyer decides to accept the merchandise, the transfer of ownership will take place ( all documents will be forwarded to the Buyer by Certified Mail ) and e Safe Trade® will forward the money to the Seller.
If the Buyer rejects the merchandise, the Buyer will be refunded using the same method as Buyer paid ( the shipping fees will also be refunded ) and the merchandise will be returned to the Seller.
If the merchandise is not received as indicated by the Seller in the purchase agreement, the Buyer will be refunded using the same method as Buyer paid ( the shipping fees will also be refunded )
Transaction is complete - safely and securely!
